Kai and I decided to have a lunch date and walked down to Cindy Loohoo's food truck a few days ago. Ignoring the "Come in, We're Open" sign in the window in favour of ordering from the window we spent the first ten minutes of our lunch break deciding what to eat.
This is really serious stuff because you never know when a food truck
is going to be around so you need to make the right decision. After
making a pro and con list, some humming and hawing, and a near nuclear disaster we decided on the Chipotle Chicken Burger and the Stuffed Burger.
The burgers where great and I'll admit it I'm the kinda person that gets psyched for pickles on the side. The Chicken burger was tender with just the right amount of chipotle and (though I'm not one for spinach) the spinach inside brought the whole thing together. My favourite was the STUFFED BURGER this is as close as I've gotten to the burger of my dreams. Oniony and meaty with a slight cheese flavour. It was delicious.
